Remodeling that starts at the surfaces
Most remodels get judged by what you see at the end: the cabinets, the tile, the color on the walls. All of it depends on surfaces that were done right early on. A wall that is a quarter inch out of plane shows up in a crooked backsplash. A ceiling with visible seams shows up in every photo of the new kitchen.
That is why a remodeler who is a drywall specialist first is a good fit. We know what has to happen to the walls and ceiling before the next trade can do their part, and we plan the work so each trade arrives to a ready space.
In Southwest Florida, remodels also mean working with concrete block, slab floors, humidity and the licensing rules for plumbing and electrical. We account for those up front.

Questions about remodeling work
What does "full remodeling" include?
It means taking a room or a whole interior from existing to renewed: demolition, wall and ceiling work, finishes, paint and floors, with licensed trades handling the plumbing, electrical and other regulated work. The exact scope depends on your home and goals, so we define it room by room when we walk the project.
Do you handle the permits?
Permits depend on the work. Layout changes, plumbing, electrical and structural changes generally need them, while cosmetic work often does not. Lee County and the individual cities have their own offices and rules, and we will tell you what your project calls for before work starts.
Why would a drywall company run my remodel?
In most remodels, the walls and ceilings are the thing every other trade depends on. Cabinets, tile and fixtures all need flat, plumb surfaces. A company that is expert in drywall already controls the part that decides whether the rest looks right.
Which should I remodel first, the kitchen or the bathrooms?
It depends on the budget and what bothers you most. Kitchens typically do more for daily use and resale; bathrooms often carry more hidden moisture risk. We can look at both and recommend an order that avoids tearing out finished work.
Can I stay in the house during a remodel?
Often yes for single-room projects, with dust barriers and a plan for the dusty phases. Kitchens and baths take essential rooms out of service for stretches, so we talk through the timeline and temporary setups before we start.
